Program Requirements:

  • Hold a valid license as a registered nurse, physical therapist, or occupational therapist in your country of residence (subject to verification).

For Nurses:

  • While our primary need is for Registered Nurses who are currently practicing, we are now also considering New Graduate nurses from select countries, both with and without NCLEX.
  • You do not need to have completed the NCLEX or any English language exams to apply. KLHealth provides a fully funded NCLEX program and will offer guidance on English language requirements. We also accept IELTS, TOEFL, OET, PTE, and similar certifications.
  • You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, having completed training in medical, surgical, obstetrics, pediatrics, and psychiatry, including both clinical practice and theory. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fulfill U.S. immigration requirements for permanent residency applicants.
  • Meet the English proficiency standards as outlined in Section 343 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (VisaScreen).
  • Be genuinely interested in pursuing both personal lifestyle opportunities and professional growth in the U.S.
  • Be open to flexibility regarding your assignment location.
